The Conflicts anthology, which includes my short story “War Without End”, is now available for pre-order at the NewCon Press website. You can see a preview of the cover there too.
The anthology is going to be launched at Eastercon in April. Hope to see you at Eastercon if you’re going!

I was interest to see Antonia Forest on your reading pile – I enjoyed her books at school and they are on my (long) list of things to look out for and reread some time – I went to boarding school myself and, although I enjoyed all sorts of other school stories, Forest’s seemed by far the most realistic – rather unusual and sophisticated.
Her school books are particularly good. There’s been considerable interest in her in recent years, which unfortunately means that her books are now quite expensive for the casual collector. Girls Gone By republished all the non-school stories, but even these went out of print again very quickly. Sarah Keys at the Haunted Bookshop sometimes has them in stock, as well as editions of the school stories. Let me know if you have difficulty finding them.
Thanks! I expect I can get them from the library – now that it’s finally up and running again (the Cambridge central library that is).
Spotted a nice Puffin paperback copy of Autumn Term upstairs at the Haunted Bookshop – £6.50.
